Stand in the Light Memory Choir

Stand in the Light is a unique and meaningful program for individuals with early-stage memory loss. We are committed to providing a community for these individuals in a safe, engaging space where they can experience the joy of music, strengthen their sense of identity, and build connections with others facing similar challenges but we can't do it alone. We need your help and support to continue to make an impact in these individuals' lives.
 

Our Memory Choir is more than just a musical group; it’s a community that fosters cognitive stimulation, emotional support, and a sense of belonging. With the guidance of skilled musicians and volunteers, we create an environment where participants can feel empowered, regardless of their declining cognitive abilities. The impact on their lives is profound, from improving memory retention to enhancing their quality of life.

However, in order to keep this program thriving and accessible to all who need it, we need your help. Your donation will directly support the choir’s operations, including music therapy sessions, instruments, materials, and resources for our participants. Every contribution—no matter the size—helps us continue to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals and families affected by memory loss.

In order to make the most of every penny donated we have partnered with Zeffy to take electronic payments, where 100% of the donation goes to Stand in the Light.

Checks can also be made out to Stand in the Light Memory Choir and sent to P.O. Box 1151, Eau Claire, WI 54702-1151 and we generally will accept cash donations at events that will go towards continuing the mission of Stand in the Light.
