Fall Anniversary Concerts

Can you believe Stand in the Light Memory Choir is already in its 10th year? We actually have multiple opportunities to see us in concert this fall. On November 15th, we will be part of The Pablo Center's "Sharing the Stage Concert: UWEC Choirs & Chippewa Valley Choirs". Hosted by UW Eau Claire, this will be the largest-ever gathering of choirs from the Chippewa Valley, including Stand in the Light Memory Choir, Chorale Nouveau, Master Singers, Schola Cantorum of Eau Claire, The Menomonie Singers, Eau Claire Male Chorus, and choirs from UW-Stout and UW-Eau Claire.

Then 0n November 19th join us for our very special 10th Anniversary Fall Concert. Our concert will be held at the Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd, 1120 Cedar St. in Eau Claire and we will have both a 10 a.m. and a 6:30 p.m. concert that day. Tickets for the concert are general admission, $15 adults/$5 students.

Come Sing With Us!

We sing old and new songs, learn vocal technique and ensemble skills and share musical memories together. No vocal experience is required, just a love of singing! We welcome any person with early to mid-stages memory loss or dementia who wants to make good music and good friends!

Want to be a Volunteer or a Board Member ?

We are looking for volunteers or people to join the Board of Directors.

For Board Members, this includes attending board meetings, assisting in fundraising, and representing the organization. Volunteers are needed to assist with registration, coffee hour, concerts, receptions and more.
